Noise levels can be ridiculously high due to thin walls, making peace elusive!!! WiFi access only in public areas can be inconvenient!!! Elevators are cramped and outdated, causing frustration!!!

Great skiing vibes in Staffal! ⛷️✨
Location is super lekker, just a hop to the lifts and town centre. Found the room big and spacious, and the bathroom was nice and clean! The staff were friendly and really made us feel at home. The brekkie was a solid start to every day!
WiFi was a bit of a hassle though, only working properly in the bar area, so vasbyt if you need to connect in your room.

I stayed in a Double Room for 4 nights. The room was spacious, perfect for a family like ours. Super clean, with a decent bathroom. But the layout felt a bit confusing, like a maze. some areas felt a bit worn down, which was a bit disappointing.

The location provided easy access to the slopes, which was perfect for our ski trip. The room was spacious and equipped with a flat-screen TV and a cozy heating system. I particularly enjoyed the fitness center, which allowed me to stay active after a day on the slopes. the Wi-Fi was a bit unreliable in the rooms, and the lack of charging outlets made it challenging at times.

missingWrote a review on 01 Apr
The hotel's decor and facilities are running on outdated vibes. Wi-Fi was only reliable in the bar area, making it a hassle for those needing to connect from their rooms. The elevators are cramped, offering little room to maneuver with skiing gear, and the noise from neighboring rooms could disrupt a peaceful night’s sleep. There are only a couple of outlets per room, which isn’t ideal for charging devices. The food quality varied. while breakfast was decent, dinner had its hits and misses, with some dishes like dry meat not quite meeting expectations. it feels more like a basecamp than a proper hotel experience, especially for those used to higher standards.

would definitely return here
The room had a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with bath and shower, and free toiletries like shampoo and body soap. The heating kept the space cozy, and the wardrobe provided ample storage. Loved the fitness centre for workouts after skiing. Breakfast included a barista making amazing coffee and freshly baked pastries.

great location, but noisy neighbors
The location allowed for easy access to the slopes every morning with no hassle. The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The food was delightful, especially the creative vegetarian antipasti which was fresh and well-prepared.
I also found the walls to be quite thin, which made it hard to enjoy complete peace at night.
